Cody and April Nelson

Cody and April are residents of Milan, Tennessee. They are multiple business owners, and purchased the venue in December of 2020.

They love watching their daughter Alayna in her cheer competitions, spending time on the lake, and traveling.

Hannah is from Ripley, Tennessee. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Mississippi State University in 2019. She is a Certified Wedding Planner through The Bridal Society, the world’s leading wedding planning certification program. She is also the owner of Sweet Peas Wedding & Event Florist

In her free time she loves to shop, play with her dog Lilly Kate, & spend time with friends & family.

On your big day, she’ll be the girl running around in the animal print shoes & colorful earrings. She loves meeting all of our couples that tour, and for those of you that book with White Oak Farms, she can’t wait to help make your day everything you’ve been dreaming of and more.
