We get it…

  • Choosing the right venue is important because it sets the tone for your whole wedding.

  • Our all-white modern barn venue rivals spaces seen in larger cities, like Memphis and Nashville. But…without the “big city” price tag.

  • Oh, and don’t think that “small town” means you will have to settle. The vendors in our market are some of the best you’ll find anywhere in the country.

  • Not to mention you get to celebrate with family and friends in an gorgeous, quaint country setting away from the hustle and bustle (yet super convenient to lots of amenities).

What comes with my Venue Investment?

We think it’s important for you to know what all is included in your venue rental. Because it’s hard to compare venues solely based on price, we’re going to tell you a little more about what you’ll get if you choose to become a White Oak Farms couple. We’ve chosen to have high-end furniture, sophisticated furnishings and decor, and you’ll have access to ALL of that for your wedding. Literally, all you have to do is show up with your linens and centerpieces, and the space is ready. Make sure you consider that when if you are comparing other venues.

  • Exclusive use of the venue (we don’t book more than 1 wedding per day and we don’t allow tours on your wedding day so it’s private just for you and your family!)

  • Almost 5,000 square feet of fully climate controlled space (we are fully insulated and have 4 Heat/AC units for the building) We mention this because not all barns are built alike. We are a finished event space that was designed for events year-round. The last thing you’d want is your guests burning up in the summer or freezing in the winter.

  • An 8,000 square foot string-lit courtyard right off the covered porch. Three sets of double doors lead from the Main Hall to the outdoor courtyard.

  • The venue sits on Over 5 acres of land perfect for photos. No need to go off site on your wedding day for multiple photo locations- we have plenty! Our Grove is a field behind the venue that is perfect for a private first look, long bridal party photos, and engagement photos.

  • A 1,200 square foot Veranda right off the Main Hall. This covered space is perfect for cocktail hours, guest tables, photo booth, a bar, high-tops and so much more. We also think it makes the perfect rehearsal dinner area!

  • An onsite Venue Assistant is here the entire time-should you need anything with the venue the entire day. Need the lights dimmed because the DJ has started? Need the temperature adjusted in the building? Does your vendor need help with a question? Our team is here to serve you on your big day. This is important to note as you compare venues-make sure you know if someone is on site in case you need something that day!

  • Use of any of our furniture, which includes up to 15 60” round tables, 2 48” round cake tables, 4 hightop tables, 4 6 ft tables, 2 custom ceremony arbors (one wood and one copper) and 22 custom benches that match our building design (great for our ceremonies in our stringlit courtyard or for your guests to sit outside on during the reception), up to 240 dark fruitwood chairs with ivory padded seat (yep-no white plastic folding chairs here). If you are comparing venue pricing, find out if furniture is included. If it’s not, you may want to get quotes to see how much you’ll be spending on furniture, delivery/set-up and tear down.

  • Decor- feel free to use our antique church pew, antique mantle, boxwood wall-yes we even have one of those, lanterns, vases, arbor drapery, easels for signs, candle holders, flower girl baskets, and any other decor we have in our collection. We’re always adding to this!

  • The Belle Bridal Suite-perfectly appointed suite for you and your girls to spend the day getting ready and making memories. It includes a private restroom, 2 hair and make-up stations, a mini fridge, plenty of outlets for all your hair tools and cellphone chargers, a Wedding Day emergency cabinet, a spot for your wedding gown, a spot for bridesmaid’s dresses and windows with no screens (we did this so you’ll have great pictures!) It’s also a great spot to watch as guests arrive for your big day. It’s located inside the building so you don’t have to trek across a parking lot or drive to the venue once you’re ready. On your wedding day, you’ll spend time getting your hair and make-up done, and you won’t have to brave the elements to get to your ceremony or reception since our Bridal Suite is conveniently located inside.

  • The Beaux Groom’s Suite - most guys refer to this as the Man Cave. It features a TV with wifi access-yep you can log in to your account and won’t miss that big game, a huge leather sofa, mini fridge and freezer, tuxedo rack, and a private restroom. We’ve even had guys bring their Playstations to pass the day away while they were getting ready!

  • A shiplap entrance foyer with two stunning sconces to greet guests, to coat check, to show off your wedding cakes, for a donut wall or memory table or a place for gifts and favors.

  • 2 Ceremony Areas (The Main Hall and The Courtyard)

  • A “tack room” hidden in the walls of the first floor to serve as a unique bar area, cake serving area, coffee bar, ice cream bar or DJ booth. Yes-we’ve seen all of those happen in it!

  • Full restrooms located on the main level (Handicap Accessible)-we get told all the time they are the most gorgeous bathrooms people have seen in a venue. Herringbone tile floors, custom floor to ceiling doors, quartz countertops, and it is handicap accessible.

  • A coat closet/storage closet off the main entrance-if it’s winter, your guests will have a spot for their coat. Otherwise, it’s the perfect spot for those Grand Exit sparklers or favors you’ll pass out late in the night.

  • A catering kitchen with easy access to the private rear entrance. This is super important so your guests don’t see them loading in and out. They also have a private ramp out back to a private service parking lot for easy load-in.

  • Front parking lot with parking lot lighting and a drop-off parking pad-your guests will easily be able to access the venue with onsite parking. If someone is elderly, handicapped or needs a little extra time, our front entrance is handicap-accessible.

  • All lighting is on dimmers-this is super important for photographers and creating the perfect ambiance for your wedding. Our 4 chandeliers in our Main Hall are one of our most popular features for couples.

  • A beautiful blank white canvas with high-end finishes and custom touches. Why is that important to know as part of your investment? We’ve never had a single client bring in drapery or lighting to our venue to make it prettier. Those things can cost $$ to the tune of $1000s, and our space is stunning just as it is. So, when you’re comparing venues, it’s important to know if you’re going to have to spend extra money to make your venue beautiful. Don’t just compare the daily rental price-lots of venues require lots of added decor and rentals.

  • Our crew sets up and breaks down all our furniture. We think it’s important that your family and friends don’t have to move tables or chairs to get your wedding or ceremony site ready. We will set it up and you can show up with the space ready to go! Make sure if you are comparing venues you ask if this is included.

  • You get to take your engagement session or bridal portraits here at no additional charge. In fact, we’re pretty honored you’d choose our property to take those pictures.

  • A White Oak Farms E-Book written by former owner, Stephanie Alexander and current Venue Manager, Hannah Evans. Every client will get this 50+ page e-book to help you with your planning. As a former full-time wedding planner in Nashville and previous venue owner, Stephanie has witnessed 100s of weddings over the years. Hannah has been at White Oak Farms for over 2 years and has been side by side with our couples planning their big day. Together they have taken this knowledge and written an e-book to help all of our couples with their planning. It doesn’t take the place of a professional planner, but she and Hannah going to give you tips, tricks and helpful advice for planning your wedding here.

  • Access to our private couples Facebook group for our WOF brides. We think it’s important to feel connected during the wedding planning process. We’ll share tips and tricks in this group, and you can ask other brides who are planning their own wedding questions as well. Once a couple books with us, they officially become part of our White Oak Farms family. This is just another way we connect with you throughout the planning process!

  • This list will always be added to…we truly believe in making our space one-of-a-kind. Because of that, they are always looking for ways to continue to enhance the White Oak Farms’ experience for our couples and their guests.
